Linda Cundiff

I’ve been happily creating mosaics since my first class in 2010 or so, but in the last few years I’ve upped my game after retiring in 2020. I’m using all types of tesserae both purchased, gifted, fabricated and foraged!  Currently most of my work is abstract inspired by nature, using local foraged stone, recycled glass and slag, smalti, ceramic/porcelain dishes, and found objects.

I joined BRMA in 2021 after a Bedford trip I did to research my Cundiff ancestors who had settled there between 1750-1890. That visit coincided with a mosaic exhibit I was invited to join at the Bower Center for the Arts, and now I feel a connection to the mosaic community there. I actually live in an inner suburb north of Boston.
