My undergraduate degree was in Biology but after completing a law degree I ended up in management of a family business.  After many years in the business world, I retired and took a mosaics course as a diversion.  I was going to Ravenna, Italy for a vacation and thought it would be interesting to take a class prior to the trip. I was hooked. Still very much a beginner I have enjoyed working on projects to enhance my outdoor environment. I love the outdoors, animals and gardening so making steppingstones, a gazing ball, a bird bath and recently a bird house to decorate my yard fit right into my lifestyle.
